April is the founder of My VA School, an online program that teaches women how to legitimately work from home through virtual assisting.

She is also the co-founder of My VA Place, a sister company of My VA School, that specializes in matching up VAs with businesses who need their services. Their primary focus is service and support so entrepreneurs and businesses can get back to their passion without all of the worry and frustration that running a business can have.

April has co-authored the best-selling series The Better Business Book and has been instrumental in growing numerous multi six-figure and seven-figure companies, including her own.

Jennifer Beckett is a professional Virtual Assistant and Co-Owner of My VA Place. Jennifer worked for a Fortune 500 company for nearly a decade before leaving her career and starting her independent Virtual Assistant business.

In 2018 Jennifer and April Herndon joined forces to create My VA Place.  My VA Place is a full service Virtual Assistant company, connecting business owners and entrepreneurs with talented skilled virtual assistants.

Jennifer manages client projects, ensures excellent communication among clients and the My VA Place team, as well as trains new team members entering the company.  

She is incredibly passionate about supporting their clients, helping them reach their goals and dreams, as well as empowering a Virtual Assistant team to choose their own career with a strong work-life balance.
